I have forgotten my password for my AIM account. When it leads me to my "security question" .... I do not remember it. It was not a good question for me to remember .... "name of favorite movie".
I've tried to download "AIM 4.7" .... but when I click on forgotton password I am directed to the new AIM page.
Is there anyway to change the security question so I can retrieve my password???
Help is appreciated. I am NOT a computer whiz, sorry to say.
