My System

Open Windows Explorer.
Navigate to:
C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc folder.
You'll see hosts file there (no extension).
Open the file in Notepad.
The very last line will look like this:
127.0.0.1 localhost
Add another line:
127.0.0.1 www.site_I_want_to_block.com
Click File>Save

Restart computer, and www.site_I_want_to_block.com site won't be accessible.
