internet cannot connect using http,https,ftp

    everybody
    hi this is Rafiq i have a problem with internet when i use internet diagnosis tool it shows the following
    windows cannot connect using HTTP,HTTPS,FTP . this caused by firewall settings on this computer
    check firewall settings for HTTPport(80),HTTPS port(443) and FTP port(21)

    plz help me out to solve this problem

    my internet do not connect in the evening times particularly
    my email id is

    well iam using kaspersky internet security now before to this i was supposed to use windows firewall only
