Mission Statement
WindowsBBS is an online community dedicated to easily accessible technical support for those using Microsoft operating systems and other Windows software.
Our goal is to become the leading resource for computer users that require assistance with their day-to-day computer usage, including full support for networking PC's, virus & malware removal, system upgrades and general support questions.
I obviously have no desire to give AIM with my true DOB/zip, so I chose some random values for these. I have the password, but AOL isn't giving me the option to send the password to alternate email address and it's asking for my DOB and zip.
I was able to get my registered zip through my "AIM dashboard", but I forgot what I put in for the DOB. Even though I have the current password, it won't let me get to changing the password, or get to setting a new security question without having the date of birth they have on file.
