Can't connect to Internet using Vista

    Hi Need some help, I am on my laptop using Vista it says network connection is connected but I am unable to brows the internet with internet explore, it's giving me web page can't be found. I am using broadband always connected.
    can't some point me in the right direction.

    It could be some malware blocking your access. Did you install anything or make other changes prior to this problem? It could be some security software blocking it.

    Can you ping any addresses successfully?

    I would suggest following the instructions here and posting the resultant logs in the Malware and Virus Removal forum.
