    All the steps????

Go to http://photobucket.com/ and open an account (its free)

Upload your picture or pictures to photobucket.

Now select the picture you want to post on the website, and look at the bottom of the page, select "Generate HTML and IMG Code ", now highlight and copy the text under "IMG images for message boards "

Finally paste what you just copied to the forum, your picture should display.

Without knowing which software the forum uses I can only give you a guide based on WindowsBBS .....

The maximum size of an image which can be attached to a post is 250 Kb and you must be a Contributing Member to use that facility. On this forum there is a Manage Attachments button below the message pane - this is the gateway to attaching an image.

You need to investigate the facilities of the forum on which you want to post the image.

The alternative is to post the image on a hosting site such as Photobucket and post the URL in the forum.

You will almost certainly need to reduce the size of your image to 250 Kb or less - this can be easily achieved using a photo editor - Irfanview is freeware and will do the job.
