Cannot access website

I cannot access the following website:

http://dataproplus.curtiscirc.com:8080/DataPro

It gives me the page that you would get if you weren't connected. The kicker is that the IT folks blame all the security type things I had for a previous problem because everyone else can access it. We uninstalled adaware, spybot, avg, etc... as well as reset everything to it original settings. Still no dice. Any ideas?

 

You might have javascript and/or frames disabled in your browser. Check both. Are you using IE?

I am using IE, but it doesn't come up in Firefox either. I don't know how to check javascript of frames.
