Our goal is to become the leading resource for computer users that require assistance with their day-to-day computer usage, including full support for networking PC's, virus & malware removal, system upgrades and general support questions.
Outlook 2000 on occassion fails to load on startup, I get the hourglass and cpu utilization shoots up to %100. If i log on using a different account the problem is not repeated. If the same user signs onto another machine it will follow the user, which leads to possible issues concerning the roaming profile.

Reconfiguring a new roaming Profile always seems to fix the problem, but I am looking for a reason why this is taking place.
