Mission Statement
WindowsBBS is an online community dedicated to easily accessible technical support for those using Microsoft operating systems and other Windows software.
Our goal is to become the leading resource for computer users that require assistance with their day-to-day computer usage, including full support for networking PC's, virus & malware removal, system upgrades and general support questions.
We had a hard drive crash on one of our laptops and I am in the process of reinstalling everything back onto it. There are little things that we are having problems with... I am able to tackle them one by one as they occur...
We don't have an in house IT person, so it has fallen to me to fix this.
We use Outlook 2000 and Act! 6.0, the e-mail attachments that are in Outlook do not flow over to Act! when we open Act's e-mail. Thus we are not able to get any synchs.
I believe that the problem is with Outlook, because I had a problem getting Outlook to work right...
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Never mind, I have figured out the solution to the problem... thanks anyway...
