Question Import Contacts into Outlook

In a hard drive crash, I lost my Outlook Contacts file. All of the data are preserved in other formats, including Microsoft RTF; if you click on one of them in that format, you get an edit screen exactly like the one you get in Outlook. But I've yet to find a way to import that RTF file's data into Outlook, and I'm still reluctant to retype over a hundred names/addresses. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Did you backup any .PST files before your crash? If no, can you read your crashed/trashed HDD from another machine?
