Our goal is to become the leading resource for computer users that require assistance with their day-to-day computer usage, including full support for networking PC's, virus & malware removal, system upgrades and general support questions.
I downloaded SpamNet from http://www.cloudmark.com/products/spamnet/download/ and installed it for OE. When I clicked on the icon in the taskbar to open it, I received the error message "SpamNet could not create a license for this software installation". I was directed to the Cloudmark homepage/support to report the problem. After going around in circles there, I finally found the forums where the same thing was already asked. Unfortunately, no one had answered the question. Several hours later I checked again, still no answer. Should I just uninstall it and try again? Anyone else have this problem and know what to do? Thanks.
