Outlook error

Outlook will not let me delete emails or access the deleted items folder...when I try a message pops up saying... "Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents and Settings\Michael Lundbom\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst"....This is followed by..."Quit all email applications, and then use the inbox repair tool. I tried reinstalling...uninstalling...repairing...maybe I repaired the wrong thing? Please gimme some clue here...thanks

Cool

Well not knowing which version of Windows or Outlook you are using it's not possible to give you a definitive answer. But I think I can point you in the direction of some help.
I searched Microsofts Knowlege database for your error message and got a number of matches. Like this one for example:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;q266709
So go to http://support.microsoft.com/default...h;en-us;kbinfo and see if you can find a match for your situation.
