I have asked on SpamCop, so far without a useful response. I have also spent a long time discussing this on line with one of Yahoo's people in their "Help" department. Clueless.

I use Yahoo's email facility. I also screen my email through MailWasherPro.

Any spam is sent by MailWasher, for appraisal, to SpamCop.

SpamCop responds by sending email to me, through Yahoo, which includes links to addresses (ISPs and whatever) to whom complaints may be sent. The links are underlined.

Until recently, once having been clicked on, the underline beneath a link would disappear. Very useful when I have a long list of links.

Now, though, the underlining no longer disappears. Something has changed, but what?

Yahoo's "help" is useless. No-one at SpamCop's forum has given a useful answer.

I use Windows XP SP3 and IE8, neither of which have been 'fiddled with" in such a way as to cause this - at least as far as I know.

    Can anyone here help.

It isn't important, per se, but I would like to know what has changed and why.

The "problem" was resolved after using the registry cleaner in IObits' Advanced System Care. Not something I normally do. But, in the absence of any information I tried it.

I frequently run the registry cleaner in jv16's Power Tools because it is apparently relatively benign but that didn't sort it out.
