Has anyone tried the new search engine Bing .Com

Just felt you should know that it may be good for searching but please be careful when it comes to shopping.
It seem they offer cash back as long as you sign up.
Went looking for a laptop the other day and tryed there site . found a Compaq Presario F730US for the very low price of $9.99 Yes you read that right. But the thing is you can not buy it for that price. All you will be able to purchase is upgrades for the ram that start out at 19.99 and up. It seems that it is what they call here bait and swich bring you in for something at a very low price and then charge a high price for parts but you never get a chance to purchase the real item.
I would say if it sounds to good to be true it is.
I also looked at one that was offered for $799.99 but when I clicked the page to see who was selling it at that price I was misdrected to a site that did not sell computers. I also looked at a MSI that they had for $19.99 but here again I was misdrected to a site that sold rubber ducks and was offered a whole case for 19.99.
As for there cash back program here again they mislead you . For you can get from 2% to 25% back they will tell you what you get before you make any purchase but they do not tell you is that it comes off of the price of the item like the laptop for $9.99 you get about 8% in other works you get 80 cents . Not $1.59 from the ram you purchase for 19.99.
Seems like there is always someone out there trying to rip people off. And now it comes form you computer. So be careful don't believe everything you see on these type of sites.
Now the only problem is I have the ram but no laptop to use it in.
Will have to build one now.

Just a little more about there shady dealing . When you read there terms. There is some double talk in there to see if they can mislead you.
They say they have no control over what a vendor places on an add. But they claim to have total control over the person making the purchase. If you don't follow there rules set forth then they can and will cancel your account and any cash back in that account will go to Microsoft. So if they can and will pull my account why wont they pull to vendors misleading account because they will get no money . Money is the key word here.

I use Bing without any of these issues. Seems like a perfectly good search engine to me.

I have MSN Explorer as part of a verizon with MSN Premium account. Prior to Mr. Crosby's entry into the search business (I wonder if his family are aware of the use of his name), the default was Google. Being MSN Explorer, it naturally switched when Bing became available.

Seems to work OK, but haven't used it a lot yet.
