i am using Mozilla Firefox. i am bothered by slow browsing speed. Sometime it works properly but sometime it takes 3-4 minutes to open a single page or to move a cursor. I have tried other browser too but it remain. Though the downloading is quit good in these condition also. Some i do see msgs like
    1) script problem.2) keep poping up.
    My Connection

Your thread has been moved to the Firefox forum where it will get more attention than in General Internet - I rarely post in this forum as I do not use Firefox regularly.

If you read the link I posted there are suggestions made there regarding your error message.

I moved this thread to the Firefox forum for the experts there to assist - so far nothing :(

I do not use Firefox so cannot advise.

I have edited the thread title to be more specific.

    Thankx pete,
The elaboration of my problem is as follow:
    Mozilla Firefox v-3.6.6
    AppName: plugin-container.exe AppVer: 1.9.2.3828 ModName: ntdll.dll
    ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00001010

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Your system seems to be infected. Post in Malware section.

I have had two encounters with
. A few days ago, while using 3.6.6, my AVG identity protection came up, to let me know that I should use plugin-container.exe with caution, giving me two choices: to delete it, or to let me continue. I chose to continue, and have had no issue whatever.
My second encounter with with Firefox4.b2 prerelease. I was listening to music at NPR, and before starting, I had to allow plugin-container.exe, with my Firewall (Zone Alarm). Fifteen minutes later, the music stopped, apparently having crashed. I reallowed plugin-container.exe, this time placing a checkmark, not to ask again. So far, it seems to have been all I needed. Security software is wary of this new thing, but it is no big deal.

I have been using FF3.6.6 as default, since it came out, and have had no issue (see my previous post). Could you give an example of your problem? If you get that problem, it would be nice if you could give a link. In other words what were you doing?
I tried the link provided by bevkoof, and I got an error 401, unauthorized. It seems to a google mail link, and would not expect to be able to access it.

Hi Chrisw & Westside, his problem appears most of the time when i do multiple browsing; but not had n fast; sometime it appears when i m browsing in single window. The msg appears "
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. "
Either i've to choose continue or stop. but doesn't solves it. Then my browser closes and 2nd window appears plu-in container.exe. Whatever page was open; if i go to check the error it contains that page details only like the link i pasted (https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&v...qSzMg&fri:1344 ). It could be anything.
But what the hell is this? All the updated version of all the browsers have 1 or 2 problems?!! i think i have to use Opera. But because of screen grab facility i am using MF 3.6.6.
