Something strange with Firefox and my Earthlink Web Mail

At work using windows XP, I cannot get my Earthlink Web mail using latest Firefox, but have no problem using IE. Is there a setting or something in Firefox that is blocking it? Sometimes it comes up briefly, but then I get a message that it cannot find the site and to try again, which I do, but it does no good.

Thanks,

I can't find anything definite on the several reports of this problem. Typically, the problem occurs because the ISP does not set up for anything but IE. I suggest that you try to install IE Tab

Westside,

Thanks for the reply. I don't have this problem at home. My web mail works just fine using Firefox. My work computer uses XP. My home computer uses Vista. I do like the IE tab add on. Thanks for the info and the link.

Marvin

If the problem is only at work, then ask your techs, there. I know that some workplaces block personal mail. Also, I found out that many of them are trained to support with Microsoft products, so they may be clueless with Firefox.
