I am using Windows XP

I have this problem I cant browse any site using firefox..

My System
Does it work with IE? Several people with the problem have "page cannot be displayed" with IE.

My System
Check this setting:
Tools | Options | Advanced | Network
Under "Connections" click the "Settings" tab
If you do NOT use a proxy to connect, then ensure that you select:
No Proxy

Have you spoken to your ISP about this problem yet? It sounds to me that it is more an ISP problem than a Firefox problem.

You might try some troubleshooting with this Mozilla KB Article:
