OE comes up, but there is no e mail created with the link in the text.

    Thanks for any help.

My default mail is Thunderbird2.0.0.16, and an e-,ail containing the link comes up. I have no idea what it is like with OE, or Windows Mail.

When I use IE and use "send link ", the link is added to a new OE e mail, no problem.

It's just a pain in the neck having to do this through IE when I use FF most
    of the time.

OE and IE are Microsoft products, so one would expect that they are compatible. Is OE your default mail program?

Yes. I think I started having the problem when I got Firefox 3.0.1.

My suggestion is that you go back to FF2.0.0.16, if you want to keep using OE.
Firefox2.x will be maintained, at least, to the end of this year.

Thanks. I don't think I'll have to go back that far. FF3 worked, I think.
