Firefox - missing bookmarks

    I am using Firefox 2.0.0.11. Two days ago all my bookmarks were deleted. How do I retrieve them - I know that there are backup files created for the bookmarks.

    Have you searched your HD for the bookmarks.html file yet? This file is located here: C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.profilename
