I guess, most of us have a nice bunch of bookmarks, and it would be nice to have them displayed in multiple columns, instead of scrolling up, and down.
    I found this (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3462) add-on.
I didn't try it, yet, because, as even its author says, it's little bit buggy.
Is it the only option, or are there some others?

The above extension doesn't work correctly in my case. I can't see multiple columns, and some bookmarks are missing, so I unistalled it.

    Thanks, Ramona :)

    ...as always...as always....LOL

That code won't work for me.
Length, or width of bookmarks column, they don't bother me, and then, since I don't use Bookmarks button ( I relay simply on Bookmarks menu item), it's not covered.

You know, how I am. I just want multiple columns....hehehehe

I'm not totally done with my search, but I found some Firefox extension, which makes me much more happy.
It's called Enhanced Bookmark Search for FireFox. It doesn't give me multiple columns, but it gives me these great options:
    # Search by Title, Location, description or keyword including more subsets (contains, starts/ends with, is/is not, doesn't contain)
    # Adds a Menu Option Under the main browser Bookmarks Menu called "Search Bookmarks.. "
    # Toolbar button to Bookmarks window
    # Optional Toolbar button (menutype) to browser window

Also, when Bookmark button is clicked, it opens left side pane with search options.
You can get it here: http://home.ripway.com/2004-12/220190/FireFox/ebs.html
