Junk mail management in Thunderbird 2.0.0.4

I'm a recent user of Thunderbird 2.0.0.4, and I'm enjoying it a lot. However, I still don't know how I can train the program to recognize junk mail... I read the tutorial located at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls, but it seems that the instructions there are for earlier versions of Thunderbird. I simply can't find options like "junk mail controls", "adaptive filters" or "enable adaptive junkmail detection" in my version of TB. Does anyone know where these options are in TB 2.0.0.4? I believe that these steps might have been simplified in TB 2.0+, but I haven't figured out yet where the new options are.

My System

Hi Cesar,

Apparently that page hasn't been updated. You can find the Junk Controls at Tools > Account Settings > Junk Settings. Personally, I have mine set to move junk messages to the Trash folder, rather than the Junk folder ... saves a step when deleting them.

Thanks, Jim! I have found those options (Tools/Account Settings/Junk Settings) before, but that outdated tutorial was so thorough and had so many different options that I thought I had missed something when trying to do the same in TB 2.0.0.4... Now I know that TB 2.0+ has indeed simplified those steps a lot.

I am with Jim. If I get some Junk mail, and, I don't get much, I forward it to my ISP spam controls., and then I give it the treatment mentioned by Jim.
I don't recall ever seeing similar mail since my ISP adjusts its spam settings. But, otherwise there is little effort on my part.
I, always, take a look at the message without opening it, via View|Message source, first.
