Up until today I had no problem checking my Yahoo mail accounts using YahooPops and reading them in my Mozilla ,etc mail accounts. They are set up to remember the passwords, also the same with ePrompter. Today I have to add a code into the sign in to be able to access and ePrompter is not able to function either. Is this something new for Yahoo to stop one from accessing the Yahoo mail from another POP client?

I know, personally, one of the ePrompter developers, and their biggest problem was with different types of webmails changing their settings. Netscape Webmail was the worst offender. I have not done much with ePrompter, but I am doing some tests, as I type this, sending some e-mail from Yahoo and Netscape, and viceversa. Preliminary results tell me that Netscape and Yahoo did send out the mail. Now, the mail from Netscape Webmail was received by Yahoo, but nothing arrived at Netscape. All this was done from ePrompter. When I sent the e-mail from freePOPs, I got it at Netscape. But, note that I am using my Cox smtp to send from freePOPs.
What does this mean? Since I sent to other addresses, I could say that, probably the Yahoo smtp, in eprompter does not work. Since I am using the free Yahoo, I would expect that they started monitoring again, and, probably will get a stern rebuke. But, one way or other things got sent and received.
