BCC in Mozilla mail

How to I show the option of putting in names in BCC (blind carbon copy) in Mozilla mail.

To the left of the "To" field there is a down arrow, with a drop down menu. The drop down menu contains the BCC option.

If you want to send mail to multiple BCC recipients from your contact list,
hold down the Ctrl button while clicking on all the intended recipients' names, then right click on any one of them and select BCC - then all the names will be included as BCCs. Much faster that way, I find!
