multiple users: how to set default settings?

Does anyone know how to make a default profile, that will be the starting profile for all the users creating their own profile? I'm specially interested in setting the proxy once for ever.

For bookmarks, easy,
Check the following folder
... Program Files/Netscape/Communicator/Program/Defaults/

If you want to change other settings as default settings (new user profile), you might want to try to use Netscape CCK. Not recommended, too much trouble.

I found that CCK-thing and I'm gonna try it, but i hope there some easier way...

I finally solved the problem by creating a default profile folder in every user's network folder.
