What about NEW "Netscape 7.01", is that BETA?

Is this "B" in "NSSetupB.exe"... meaning BETA?

No, the B in the filename does not mean BETA. It's just something they put in the naming scheme. It is the full final release of Netscape 7.01 on their servers.
