Resolved Unable to print messages from TB 24.6.0

I seldom need to print a message, but today I did. The print dialog window opens and I'm able to select any of the three printers I have installed, but that's as far as it goes. I'm unable to open printer properties for any of the printers, and clicking on the Print button has no effect. All printer drivers are up to date, and I AM able to print from all other programs that have a print feature.

I was able to get around the problem by taking a screenshot of the message I wanted to print and then printing the image, but I really would like to solve the problem.

EDIT: After some trial and error I found that only one of the three printers was affected, but also found that I could print, using that printer, from the Print Preview window. Still unable to print from the message window, though. I won't mark this resolved, just in case anyone has an idea.

 

Just Updated to TB 24.6.0 and I was able to print from email directly. Is that what you were concerned with?
