PocoMail 4.8 Released to replace Courier
April 06, 2009:
RoseCity Software is pleased to announce that the long-awaited upgrade for Courier users is finally here. Registered users of Courier are eligible for a reduced upgrade price of $19.95 until December 31, 2009. Visit the http://www.rosecitysoftware.com/pocomail site for details on the upgrade pricing. As previously announced, the upgrade from Courier 3.5 is not to Courier 4.0, but to another email client vendor with whom RoseCity has been actively working for the past year. The selected client already had many features that Courier users wanted and, during the past year, many features that were in Courier were added to the other client, which underwent heavy beta testing for the past seven months. That selected product is PocoMail and the newest release, version 4.8, incorporates many Courier features and includes a Quick Start Guide for Courier users. PocoMail will continue the Courier tradition of providing innovative functionality to people who demand the finest in email software. We struggled for several years, trying to upgrade an outdated product and are proud to have developed a relationship with PocoMail to be able to introduce jointly an improved PocoMail and one that provides many features to Courier users. Thanks to our many Courier users for their patience as we worked to develop this product that will take us into tomorrow. Informal support for Courier 3.5 will remain available thru this forum and the forum on Yahoo, both of which will be used also to help Courier users migrate to PocoMail 4.8. ------------------------------------------ David - PocoMail Account Manager http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CourierEmailForum/ |
