Courier backup path

Using Courier 3.50.00 build 1098 and for some reason when I want to close down for the day and click on the backup window the program asks me each time for the path to use for the backup. The program will not remember as it use to. I must be missing something here. In the properties window - BACKUP- I have this path selected C:\Program Files\Courier Email\Mailbox\smith.box\backupfile. Thought this was correct however I get the window that requires me to select the path step by step each each time I want to backup.
Help please

Hmmm... I've never seen this before but I think it's the path you defined.
change your backup directory so that it explictly defines the backup. For example:
cP\program files\courier email\backup\smith.box smith.box is not a directory name and I think that is causing your problem because you have it within the path. Please let me know how it goes...

Red face

Hi David
Turns out I had been opening the backup file when I opened Courier and working from it then when I tried to backup before closing down it would not allow that path for backup because that was what I had been working from. Weird but anyhow I got the paths straightened out and open from primary mailbox not backup.
Don't know how I did that one.
Bud
