I use to be able to push the junk button, then press ok and my email would be deleted. It does not do it anymore.
When you say "I push the junk button," are you telling us you create a new JunkYard rule each time you delete a message? If so, that's probably a bad idea. I wouldn't create anymore JunkYard rules in your JunkYard filter definition than you need. Only create JunkYard rules for commonly encountered spam like from a given sender or subject. Otherwise, I would handcraft your own JunkYard rules with regular expressions.
I have about 38 JunkYard rules (regexp's) in my JunkYard definition. If you have over 200 or so, this may be a problem. Delete the ones with the fewest hits (counts).
If you just want to pitch a message, used the Discard or Delete button instead so JunkYard rules aren't created unnecessarily.
