If you receive a message and would like to use some or all of the text in a new message, click Duplicate .
Duplicate is a cross between Compose and Reply. With Duplicate, the text of an existing message is copied into the text area of the new message without being marked with a ">". Also, there is no header identifying the date, time, and sender of the original message. You can then change the message as needed and send it out as you would an ordinary message.
To use Duplicate:
1. In the summary list, double-click the message you would like to duplicate. If you are already in Message view, skip to step 2.
2. Click Duplicate .
3. Change the message as desired.
4. Click Send .

I can't find a "duplicate" button anywhere. I also cannot find the option in a drop-down-menu.
There are only : Reply, Reply all, Redirect and Forward.
So... where did this option go????

Right-click on the toolbar in an open message and select "Customize". In the "Available Buttons" section find "Compose a new message using this message text" and add it to your toolbar.
When you hover over that button in a received message it will say "Duplicate" and you click it to perform that action (or use the Ctrl+Y hot key combination to do so).
