Where did my thread go?

Okay, I've spent quite some time going thru all the posting rules, etc. I know I asked for help here a day or 2 ago. I did recieve a response + replied back a thank you. I was just wondering what happened to my original post as I was waiting on a reply re: deleting some files.

Do you auto delete a thread when admin. thinks an issue has been resolved? I can't find my post anywhere. I'm new + a novice user.

Thank you

honu1

No he does not. No threads or posts are deleted for that reason.

Please excuse me
I could have sworn I asked a question here, but now I realize it was at another forum. As you can tell, I am soooo new to the "wonderful world of computers" + was a bit hasty in signing up at forums.

Please forgive my ineptitude. It's just all so overwhelming + confusing for me.

Thannks for the reply post.

Honu1,

Welcome to this board. You will find the experts on this board to be very forgiving and understanding of our misstatements, miscues, and erronous assumptions. They also have a knack for determining our levels of knowledge and understanding and tailoring their responses so we can understand them. All in all, a good place to hang around.
