Adobe 10 player has problems

Hi there,
I have a adobe 10 player on the windows vista premium on my computer. When I play any video clip on the 10 player, it will play fine for 3 seconds. Then it stops and in the center of the picture screen numbers start to roll from 1 to 100. When it reaches to 100 the clip will play again for 3 seconds and stop and the whole process keeps repeating itself over and over. I had not used the flash player in 2 weeks. When I used it last it ran fine with no stop and go.

So I deleted the flash player 10 and reinstalled it again. The aame thing keeps repeating again. I do not play any games on it. I just use the flash 10 for playing video clips from 7 to 20 minutes in length

the vista home premium program is on this computer which is 32 bits strong if that helps
